Here are some things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.
- Make sure the email you used to reset your password is the email account you're checking for the instructions.
- Check your junk folder in your email program to be sure your email program isn’t blocking email@example.com.
- Are you able to pull in other emails through your program?
- Sometimes it just takes a while for emails to arrive. Be patient and check your email again later.
